Backup
Nautilus makes an automatic data back up, either by reminding you at the closing of the day, or saving the data automatically, so you can always run a quick recovery in case of hardware failure.
The backup can be saved on a CD/DVD, a USB memory stick or in a folder in the network.
Multiple languages
Nautilus is available in multiple languages: you can choose the desired from "Preferences" (currently available in English and Italian; German under translation).

Web-Commander: a web application that allows a network with multiple centers to collect data regularly from all the centers and analyze it in a comprehensive manner.
Or to centrally define and modify lists and administrative parameters and then distribute them to the competence centers.
All this through the web, and therefore available everywhere !
Network
Nautilus can be used in a local network of computers. It can be accessed from multiple locations simultaneously.
For example, you can have a computer at the counter dealing with the customer registration and the preparation of the documents for the boats, and another computer in the back for accounting and account management.
Access security
You can create multiple user accounts in Nautilus, as in most developed network systems. Each user has his own password and can only access the activities he is authorized for. For example, the person who is responsible for the cash register and customers’ registration doesn’t have to access the accounting module or to enter prices in the price lists.
Export
Allows you to export raw data from Nautilus in various formats (Excel, dBase, Access, Text, etc.). The raw data can be customers’ files, accounts, business activities and the export function is useful to integrate/analyze the data in other software applications.
