Nautilus downloads the new booking details from the website every day, and automatically inserts the clients’ data in the registry as a "pre-checkin" so that when they arrive the data entry operations are minimized.
Web-booking makes it possible to analyze the general situation of the reservations at any given time.

With Nautilus, all the details recorded with the reservation are used to create the outputs faster, thus avoiding the inclusion of data which already exists.
