The accounting module of Nautilus is designed to be used immediately by all, even without special knowledge in the area.

Everything is based on a general journal, in which all the incomes arising from receipts from customers are already entered automatically when you close the accounting day.

You only need to record the expenses and the cash flow and bank transfers, such as deposits, withdrawals, the receipts paid with credit card, etc.
All this in a very simple and intuitive way: simply record what happens in reality, without having to think it over in accounting terms.

With Nautilus, monitorizing the cash register is a piece of cake ! At each day's end you can see immediately the cash balances in all currencies used, in order to immediately identify any errors for easy correction.

The accounting system of Nautilus is based on an Chart of Accounts (or the list of categories in which revenues and expenses are grouped in order to be analyzed). This plan can be freely defined according to your needs.

Despite all this simplicity, the economic analysis section allows you to produce balance sheets and detailed reports of all revenues and expenses.
Many different formats are available, and through the various filtering options you can create an endless array of reports.

With a few clicks Nautilus gives you the opportunity to really understand how is your business going, so you can always manage it best.
Moreover, these economic/statistic analysis become an essential support toolyou’re your decisions. Decisions that help you achieve greater success.

There is also an optional feature that allows you to create budget forcasts and then compare them to real course of events, highlighting all the positive and/or negative differences in percentage or in amounts.
