Equipment Management
Managing equipements is easy with Nautilus.
Individual pieces can be grouped in boxes (a box for each diver). Every time a diver goes on a boat, the fee for his box will be recorded automatically.
For all equipment you can specify in the pricing area if the charge is per day or per dive, or use both simultaneously depending on the case.

Faster checkin and equipment rental using a barcode reader!
A barcode reader and automatic printing of the equipment "catalog" to read the codes from, saves you a lot of time. Once the barcode reader is used, there will be no need to enter the details of the equipment, enabling a faster customer service.
In addition to diving equipment rental, you can handle the "one-day" rentals, or the ones made by non-registered customers (such as masks and fins for snorkelers, or the equipment given to divers who dive independently).
At any time Nautilus gives you a detailed current status of your equipment park so that you can see at any given time what equipment is rented, by whom and when it should be returned.
