Boat Lists

The creation of boat lists is one of the main phases of operation of Nautilus.

The lists - also called "trips" - can be created for any type of excursion: recreational diving, course lessons in classroom or in delimited waters, or even land tours (for those centers that organize trips into the desert or the like).

Trip details, with the box that shows details about services debited to the participants

The tour participants can be divided into homogeneous categories, such as divers, snorkelers, companions, in order to reduce the steps needed for the specification of what service and supplement is charged to which participant. In practice, you need to enter the standard services to be paid for, only once per trip and then make the possible changes required for some of them. For example, in a classical dive/snorkeling trip, the basic snorkeling service will be charged to all snorkelers, and then if there is one making an Intro, you will only provide this additional information for that participant.

The words are not suitable to describe an operation which in practice allows you to create a trip and get all the services already included in the accounts of customers, with just a few simple clicks.

Once you create the boarding list, you can print up to three types of boat documents:

  • Operative: with all the necessary details for managing all the on-board client activities and keep note of the data to be returned
  • Official: or a simple crew-list for the delivery to the port authorities, if requested
  • Equipment: which is a detailed document of all the boxes and equipments that must be loaded, useful for the preparation and for the check before and after the tour

Web-Logbook: an optional module that allows you to integrate the logbook of your customers into your website, so that users can view and print it themselves. Nautilus synchronizes the new checkout data with the site every day. The link to the logbook appears in the customer's account (or via an automatic "thank you email"), together with an access code to the private information for that customer.

Another marketing tool to improve customer loyalty!

Upon return from the trip, there is the possibility to enter details about individual diving groups, specifying the depth and bottom time for each diver. These details can be automatically printed out as a logbook comprising all the dives made by the customer up to the invoicing moment.

All activities recorded during the preparation and return from the trip, are automatically included in the account of the customer.
