Web Logbook

Enable your clients to view and print their dive logbooks directly from your website.

The system operates in this way:

• periodically (usually each day at centre closure) Nautilus uploads all the dive details of the clients that have already checked out, and all this information is saved in an on-line database hosted on Logystech servers
• during checkout, in the closing sentence printed at the end of the client bill it's inserted an invitation to open your website to refer to one's own logbook, with a special access code that allows only the specific client to view his data
• the client browse your website, and after entering the acces code received at the center he can refer to and print his logbooks (in case of a repeater, the period to be printed can be chosen)

The available details are: Dive Date, Departure time, Divespot name, Guide name, Max depth, Dive time

Purchase options

1) Only Web service: it's perfect if you want to create by yourself (or by your webmaster) all the pages used to access and display the logbook data; this pages directly exchange data with the Nautilus Server through well defined web services
NOTE: all the web services specifications are supplied.

2)Custom page: Logystech can create for you all the pages needed to manage access to and display logbook data, following the graphic style of your website. These pages can thereafter be easyly recalled from your website using simple url links.
