Web Booking plug-in

This plug-in allows to link your website to a complete booking system for dive services, which can be integrated with the on-line credit-card payment system available at your bank.

A single booking can include more than one client (i.e. for groups of families), and for each one of them the system allows to enter all the details about the booked services.
The pricelist used on the booking system is customizable, multilanguage, and is managed directly from inside Nautilus.

At the end of the process the client receives a voucher/invoice (displayed on-screen and sent by email) that he/she will give to the counter when arrives at the center (a copy of this voucher is sent to the center too).
All the information entered during the booking process are synchronized with your local Nautilus database, and can be viewed and managed in the new Web Booking form.
In this way, when the client arrives at the center, it's enough to "activate" the checkin that's already been downloaded, adding only the possible extra information, and all the bought services are automatically entered as voucher details, in order to speed up the checkin as much as possible..
